CSV to PDF without losing columns or zeros

Spreadsheet exports often break when you print them: wide columns disappear, headers vanish after page one, and Excel turns 00123 into 123. FormatList converts CSV to PDF locally so the table stays searchable, printable, and faithful to the original text.

Wide tables stay intact

Landscape layout and full-width columns keep right-hand columns instead of silently cropping them.

Headers repeat across pages

When the first row is a header, it can repeat on every page so printed tables stay readable.

Leading zeros are preserved

Cells stay text. Postal codes, SKUs, and long IDs are not converted into numbers.

Private by design

Parsing and PDF generation run in your browser. CSV contents are not uploaded to our server.

CSV to PDF FAQ

How do I convert CSV to PDF?

Upload a CSV file or paste CSV text, review the parsed table, choose your page settings, and generate the PDF.

Can I convert a large CSV file?

The MVP supports files up to the size limit displayed in the tool. Large files may take longer to process.

Will the PDF repeat the column headers on every page?

Yes. When the header option is enabled, the first row is treated as the table header and repeated across pages.

Can I convert a wide CSV table to landscape PDF?

Yes. You can choose landscape orientation or use automatic orientation. Very wide tables may still require a different column layout.

Does the converter preserve leading zeros?

The converter preserves cell values as text and avoids automatic number conversion. Users should review critical data in the preview and generated PDF.

Is my CSV uploaded to a server?

No. Your CSV is processed in your browser. The file contents are not uploaded to our server.

Can I convert Excel files?

The MVP supports CSV files only. Excel .xlsx import is not included.
